at larossas as a sanitation worker, I make sure the factory,and all the factory's equipment is cleaned and operable for production the next day. also i clean the bathrooms and and break rooms and empty all the trash in the building

at foxtail foods i recieved a paper everyday from my supervisor on what batches to make , and how many batches to make . on the paper would be all the ingredients being used and how much of each ingredient to a single batch. i would also have to mix the ingredients for how ever long the sheet says . when the batch is done sometimes i would have to cook the batches in a kettle, or put product in a freezer
