Route myself daily to ensure best performance, efficiency and on time completion of all MissDig tickets and meter work throughout both the Reed City and Scottville areas.

Communicate regularly with GLE Supervisors, Foremen and crews in the Reed City and Scottville offices to assist them when needed. I also work with other utility companies, their contractors and property owners to meet their needs and promote a trusting and communicative relationship.

Develop training aids to assist others in regards to utility locating and meter work.

Led in a decrease in outstanding claims in the West Michigan District by over 70% in the first year.

Developed new information, data and photo collection and storage system that was later refined and adopted company wide.

Worked with the USIC Eastern Division Director and the MissDig Board to develop what has become Michigan Public Act 174, the current MissDig law.

Oversaw hiring, training and development, budget, equipment and supply inventory, workload management and discipline throughout Northern Michigan as well Arizona and Nebraska prior to returning to Michigan.

Maintained direct lines of communication with several utility companies, managing several large scale infrastructure projects on an annual basis.

Reviewed and updated many utility company prints, ranging from gas and electric, cable TV, telephone, steam, water and sewer to ensure their continuous accuracy.
