Answered inbound calls from people who needed assistance.

If the subject of the inbound call was something I could help them with I would answer their questions and record their information into the GDIT database, ServiceNow.

If the subject matter of the inbound call was outside of the scope of my job, I would transfer them to the correct department.

Made outbound calls to individuals who had either tested positive for Covid-19 or individuals who had been in contact with an individual who had tested positive for Covid-19.

During the telephone interview I would read and review the Knowledge Article that applied to their situation. Then enter all the appropriate information into the GDIT database, ServiceNow.

Solicited leads at Home Shows, local Festivals in the Home Improvements industry. This was done mainly on the weekends and was seasonal work.

Deliver groceries for both Instacart and Shipt. This was part time.

I quit working part time jobs when Covid became an issue.

Cold call on the telephone small and medium size companies in all lower 48 states and solicit them to use our shipping services. Provided quality customer service before and after each sale.

Provided sales and service to walk in traffic as I came up using their Up System. Made sure that when customers came into the store they were sent to the correct area to get their problem resolved in a timely and efficient way.

Worked with customers both on the telephone and who walked in the store, to find and locate the correct parts for their vehicle. When parts were returned I would help customers with their in house warranty. Also, helped replace parts bought in error.
