Representation for NT Space Planning for planning & implementation of the Relex Software System to help manage inventory, and provide forecasting for suggested ordering for our CK stores. Space and Floor Planning are also supported to help provide increased organization and standardization for store layouts as well as optimal shelf arrangements to maximize sales and margin.
Maintain, plan and implement price recommendations using the Revionics Price Optimization System working with our Category Management Team. Goal is to provide guidance on pricing strategies to help enhance revenue and margin while remaining competitive for all categories.
Additional responsibilities include continued support for our space planning efforts for our NTBU Merchandising Team. Planogram creation as well as maintenance to help ensure that we carry an optimal product assortment in each of our stores.
Managed a Team of 5 Price Book Analysts through many large projects including migration to PDI as well as the Scalability migration to PDI-Tempe. Full item and pricing/promotional maintenance was included in our area of responsibility working directly with our NT Merchandising Team.
Also managed our Space Planning efforts that included development of On-line Planogram display using Spaceman software which is a product from AC Nielsen. Later efforts included assistance with the addition/implementation of POG SQL DB, additional modules my.spaceman to support POG Store ties and a publishing module to provide custom POG lists for each of our stores.
Creation of our first Price Book files using Core-Tech back-office system and Radiant POS. This implementation/rollout provided scanning for all of our products to 500 stores in 12 Midwestern states. Full creation/maintenance for all items/categories as well as pricing and promotions at our registers working directly with our Holiday Stationstores Merchandising team.
