Olen currently owns and operates a portfolio of approximately 15,000 luxury apartments and approximately 8 million square feet of office space. My job requires long hours on the phone and internet to get past the gate keepers in order to make contact with an executive decision maker.

Then, prepare the offer and negotiate the price and terms to the satisfaction of Mr. Olenicoff, founder and president. I report directly to Mr. Olenicoff. I am leaving the company only because I was injured in an automobile accident, and can no longer perform all of my duties relating to the physical inspections required.
