My name is Robert Jones and I am interested in joining your team!


I have been in manufacturing for 16 years in the aviation sector. I began my career as a technician and through drive and leadership have moved from a group lead over a team of less than 10 people to my current role of Operations Manager overseeing 100. Throughout the 16 years I have seen the company grow tremendously which has delivered many opportunities to expand my knowledge, abilities, and most importantly leadership skills to unite teams around a common goal.


I have experience in lean manufacturing, 5S and 6S, and have operated under the umbrella of a AS9100 certified company. While operations has been my main priority I have also been involved heavily in planning, purchasing, and the customer relations team to ensure customer delivery. I have also been involved in the quality approach of a aviation company producing flight critical parts. My quality background includes root cause analysis, corrective action, and more importantly sustainment of improvements. I have driven an environment of constant improvement through QRQC meetings with all production teams supported by management, Engineering, and Quality to ensure that any opportunities are quickly documented and tracked for success.


Lastly, I am a dedicated individual that holds myself to the highest professional accountability and work ethics. Through accountability and servant leadership I drive to focus teams around company goals while driving actions to increase employee satisfaction, retention, and ultimately producing a team committed to company goals.
