A hard-working and focused individual, with over 30 years as a PGA Professional in coaching, management, retail and customer service experience, the majority of which has been at management level. I'm now looking to expand my golfing/high-end customer service career. I also set up and ran The Masters Pro Golf Tour for a period of two years with building its new website design, emails, and finances as a shared co-owner. Throughout my career I have steadily progressed through a series of roles, overseeing the ever changing demands in achieving the acceptable standards, always remaining driven and passionate about my work, I'm now seeking to continue with my career within an organization that sees my skills as an asset they are as I look to re-locate to Scotland.
- Managing the day to day operations of the caddy/golf operations office.
- Management of 120 caddies.
- Education and training of each new caddy.
- On going training
- Meet & Greet each Member and Guest to the club.
- Enter daily data of bookings as well as caddy allocations on to the 'Jonas' software.
- Maintain the Practise ground on a daily basis, ensuring presented to a high order at all times.
- Ensuring regular communication.
- Maintaining Professional standards are kept at all times with golf service staff and caddies.
