I studied the people side of business, earning dual degrees in Human Resource Management, Labor Studies, and Employment Relations from Rutgers University. Then I dove into the finance world, selling high-ticket retirement products, and learning how money moves. I’ve since combined those experiences to become the COO of my family plumbing business, helping transform my brother's one-man plumbing operation (run from his phone) into a structured, scalable company. I bring hands-on leadership, sales ability, and process-driven thinking to every challenge. Now, I’m looking to bring that same energy and experience to a fast-paced startup or founder-led team, where I can build, adapt, and drive real results.
