- Process 1, Place hood outter on checkstand. Visually tactile over entire hood making sure no visible defects are current. Place hood outter into robot station for sealer to be applied.

- Process 2, Visually tactile inner for any defects. Grab 2 hing retainers and latch assembly. Visually inspect parts before placing them in cell station robot. Then grab and Place inner on top to allow robot to weld all parts together. Inner gets transferred over and married with the outter. Transferred again into 2 hem dies to roll the hems and sealing edges.

- Process 3, Visually tactile hem. Making sure no hem outs or spits. Installing left and right hinges and placing 1st and 5th hood on checkstand to check outter edges. Making sure no hem dents. Then placing hood on AGV.
