Starting my career in 2000, I have successfully and intentionally navigated my way through various business functions and roles varying from Plant Operations to Procurement and then on to Sales. These calculated steps have positioned me to understand the perspective of the internal and external customers I am working for which has enabled me to be successful in negotiating from both sides of the table. Currently, as a Regional Sales Director, I am committed to leveraging my experience to steer my teams toward sustained excellence in performance while always looking to advance my career through taking on more responsibility.
