  • I was part of a team that undertook a Salary Survey for Capital & Investment Firms among the market leaders in Ghana. The survey gathered information on the basic pay, cash allowances, in-kind benefits, and all incentives being offered by the leading Capital and Investment Firms. This survey was a success, having seven companies participating out of twenty that were invited
  • I have organized five successful Executive Briefings which gave prospective clients the insight of services that TDI Global offers out of which three contracts were signed.
  • Transferred all Profiles West Africa’s partners and clients from our old online assessment center to a news portal and trained them on the usage of this new portal
