My everyday responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving parts, installing windshields, checking other technicians' routes in and out, assisting the manager in office tasks, and processing customer's requests.

During the 15 years I have worked at Satellite, I have received numerous awards such as "Most Units Installed in the Market" (2 years in a row) and "Highest NPS."

Satellite has trusted me to train several technicians that still work for the company today and are known for their quality work.

While working for Glass Doctor, I solely ran the autoglass side of the store for installing. During this time, I periodically worked in the residential and commercial projects of the company. This experience gave me a well-rounded expertise in glass work.

While working for OCLI, I operated heavy equipment such as an excavator, bull-dozer, front-end loader, roller, skid steer, and farm tractor. Some of my tasks were: moving dirt, clearing trees, mechanics, welding, and keeping livestock. During this time, I learned valuable life-skills such as plumbing, electrical, and simply working hard.
