While working for OCLI, I operated heavy equipment such as an excavator, bull-dozer, front-end loader, roller, skid steer, and farm tractor.   • Led my store to greatly exceed company expectations in seven categories during the year of 2023 to achieve CEO Gold. My store was the first ever to achieve this distinguished honor in our District.
  • Received the Safelite Spirit Award for 2023. The Safelite Spirit Award is Safelite's most prestigious honor, awarded to only 1% of their total associate population. This award recognizes associates who exemplify a service mindset, can-do attitude, and caring heart, making them shining examples of what it means to work at Safelite.
  • Led my store to exceed company expectations in seven categories during 2024 to achieve CEO Silver.
  • Currently, my store is ranked CEO Silver for the year. This is the second highest distinguishing category in our company.
  • Original Inventor of the "Aftermarket Attachments" Waiver that was implemented nationwide throughout the company.
  • As Quality Manager, I maintained our district at 100% certification. I was the only QM in the Region to maintain this level.
