  • Acting General Manager from June 2024- January 2025 reporting to Regional Director of five automated sites. During that time responsible for establishing a safety first culture, full P+L including creating facility budget for 2025, approval of all building expenses/capital ex, managed all expenses, hired/retention of staff, transportation, food manufactured product, customer service, regulatory compliance, shrink reduction/prevention, allocation and direction of work, set and monitor performance objectives, all warehouse activities and KPI’s.
  • 2nd in command at facility reporting to General Manager January 2025-May 2025. Responsible for all Operations, Mechatronics control and functionality, led automation UAT/ATP testing, project management, WMS maintenance (Blue Vonder/DIQ), performance and improvement.
  • Led five automation site focus group consisting of Safety Managers, Operations, Systems Analysts and Regional Director for Process Improvement to creation and implementation of safety tool to track safety incidents. Internal application for five automated sites created to pinpoint and provide quantitative analysis of incident type, time, location, frequency, day of week and job function. Since its implementation overall incident rates were reduced by 17 percent in 2024.
