Coordinated workflow and assigned work order requests to Contractors in the field throughout the Country. Escalated past due order results as needed. Performed PIPs on Contractors for performance related incidents. Followed up with new Contractors to ensure they understood all requirements and requests (orders). Reassigned orders to other Contractors in the field if there was no path to completion with the previous Contractor, as we had contractual responsibilities with our Clients to provide services within a specified time frame.
