My life experience is in the food service industry which taught me decisiveness and make quick adjustments under pressure. Very results driven individual with commercial warehouse experience looking to get back into something related to my schooling. I hope to be able to utilize my chemistry and biology experience to learn more about the processes involved in cultivating as well as commercial processing of Cannabis products at a professional level and to be able to exploit the growth available in a brand brand-new sector with a great company.

Lab Processing Technician

*Worked under lab management to maintain workflow and ensure that product was available in a timely manner for the post processing rooms.

*Working the Solventless process for the lab manager, including washing, freeze drying, pucking, and rosin collection after extraction. As well as decarboxylating and cart filling for the hard ware we had on hand.

*Some experience and general guidelines for the cleaning and operating of the APEKS supercritical extractor unit (CO2)

*Remediation processes for the CO2 runs as well as the bulk recycled solvent, carbon stripping lipid and wax molecules as well as winterization and color remediation correction on a basic level

*Cleaning and maintaining an organized environment as well as general building maintenance.

  • Worked hand in hand with the clubhouse manager to work towards maintaining a 0% margin of waste (less than 7% of total product waste in 2023)
  • Brought new menu ideas to the restaurant including creating menu items that helped to stretch cost/margin and re-evaluating previous margins on products to bring them back in line (a 10% revenue stream back to 25-30%)
  • Started a breakfast program that brought in new catering customers as well as driving golf business in the mornings and retention in the pro shop
  • Was the sole proprietor of the Catering business, which included usual kitchen duties in addition to feeding groups from 30 person steak dinners to 200 golfers for lunch

  • Was responsible for 500 pounds of dough from the production process through shaping and portioning process out to the 5 restaurants
  • Worked in a climate controlled facility as well as the need to maintain cleanliness in a facility at a high risk for mold exposure
