Hobbies and Interests

My family and I enjoy spending quality time together, learning, and creating. I am passionate about physical fitness, embodying performance, activity, nutrition, and sleep. I am currently spending time refining my physical prowess and nutritional intake. I completed my 1st Ultra (50 Miler Mountain run) on 21 Jan 2023 and am on day 53 of the 75 hard mental toughness program. I am discovering much about myself, pushing limits, and encouraging others to believe in themselves. I wake up daily feeling a sense of purpose, drive, and focus. I live in a constant state of gratitude and am open to great experiences. Mental toughness is everything. I am becoming the best version of myself by being authentic and limitless in moving forward with a laser focus on being present.
