PERSONAL INTRODUCTION

  • Connie and I both came to know Christ at a young age as a direct result of caring people living out Christ in front of us in the local church in our respective communities. We have been blessed to have such a wonderful heritage that was passed on to us by our family.
  • I am blessed to be married to my best friend for 44 years, my incredible wife Connie. We are thankful to God for our 42 year old daughter Heidi, a wife and mom with an incredible granddaughter Alexa who is currently enrolled and Towson University Md Heidi is married to a wonderful man named Anthony Raduano. Heidi and Anthony both feel a ministry call upon their lives. Heidi serves as a Worship Arts Assistant Pastor Administrative Assistant at Trinity Life Church in Baltimore, MD. We desire to see them serve Christ and his kingdom.
  • Over the past 34 years of ministry, we have been privileged to meet and work along side of some of the greatest people on earth. God has truly blessed our lives with the opportunity to be called into ministry. We know and understand Almighty God will always exceed our expectations as we surrender to His will.

Greatest strength and weakness .My greatest strength is I am a networking person I love to connect people to God and to each other. I believe he has given me through His grace a shepherd’s heart and communication skills. My greatest weakness is that I tend to be a people pleaser at times.

  • Diversity is healthy and a sign of God’s blessing. We strongly believe in reaching people at their point of need. This includes racial, economic, background, worship styles, and ages. The local church should represent a cross section of the demographic diversity represented within the community.
  • We are committed to ministering to all types of people at their level of need. We are committed to providing ministers that reach out and meet these needs in order to make Christ known and experienced. We must maintain a message that never changes while our methods are constantly evaluated to insure that we are reaching a diverse spectrum of people for Jesus.

I am an inspirational leader, lead by example, and I am a team player motivated by the opportunity to serve others. My personality also leads me to share, to shine, to do things correctly, and to boldly speak without fear.
  • I have decision making abilities and the willingness to take responsibility. God has gifted me with a heart for being a Pastor. Shepherding is obvious in those who truly enjoy leading others in serving the Lord. I am compelled to encourage others to work together while stressing a need for team participation and emphasizing harmony.
