Painting and remodling ren.tal houses owned by Remax. Alot of simple carpentry. Replacing light fixtures, fixing drywall, plumbing, etc

We did a variety of things. Plumbing, painting, flooring, porch building, complete bedroom and bathroom remodels etc.

Working here we did any and every thing brick or stone related.

I did all simple maintenance to keep my welders working. picked up all scattered tools and returned to tool room. kept trash picked up off boiler. did a fare share of grinding and cleaning welds. Theres a variety of other things as well.

We contracted a big wearhouse to install data cable that run to the wifi, security system and cameras. I spent alot of time in a boom or scissor lift during this job installing everything in the rafters of this wearhouse.

This was a new construction job. I did alot of clean up and tool running. Kept all trash maintained and picked up off and around the boiler. Had to hole watch a good bit as well.
