Pressure washing - handling the equipment safely and providing a quality cleaning so the park will be show ready each day.

• As a trainer I get a chance to lead new cast members on their journey with the Walt Disney company by using the 5 keys.
• Co-pro is a position that I hold and I'm able to cover for coordinators that need time off or have emergencies .
• I enjoy this portion because I'm able to help cast members with their details and I enjoy motivating them to create a show ready area.
• I treat each cast member with courtesy and by doing so they treat me the same way, as i get a chance to work with more of the team one on one it seems to open up more inclusion for me as someone who doesn't speak the same language as some of our staff.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure myself and other cast members are safe.

Than trained my replacement for that station.

I moved up the line to a station called bed panel construction.

From there to table edging, I was learning how to use new tools and to under stand the importance of safety because each of these could seriously hurt the user.

• Inspected equipment and materials to verify safety and quality standards.
• During our morning meetings we were able to lead a meeting each day. I lead one during my short stay there, it was a great experience for me.

Was opening Manager for the Walgreens Company in Albany N.Y , was incharge of hiring and over seeing training of staff for the first 4 stores, this included managers, photo technicians, cosmeticians and pharmacy technicians.

• Promoted team collaboration, performance, and efficiency by fostering healthy environments that supported a diverse staff that focused on mutual success.

This success was reasonable for 4 staff members being promoted to Store managers.

• Coached sales associates in product specifications, sales incentives, and selling techniques, significantly increasing customer satisfaction ratings.
• Approved regular payroll submissions for employees.
• Set effective store schedules based on forecasted customer levels, individual employee knowledge, and service requirements.
• Facilitated new Walgreen programs across district departments.
• Handled new programs such as Covid in store testing. Trained staff on procedures and safety regulations.
• Covid immunizations and vaccine depot store, handling deliveries of Pfizer vaccine and storage. Worked with NY Department of Health to insure that there was enough to service the surrounding Walgreens stores and local immunization events for the public.

• Was able to understand operating budgets, inventory systems which during my tenure had alot of change with in these areas.
• Understands change and how to deliver conversations about new programs that might effect staff negatively.
