My biggest part of what I made of the industry that J&M Printing came into around 1992 with the growth of Casino's regionally and nationally. What made the difference was customer service and being with my clients on a personal level. No Zoom or just call it in all the time. I actually took the time to drive or fly to see them. My clients became my friends and that's what I want to accomplish working with the Sanford Valet Team. I want to treat every patient coming to their appointment like a "friend". I know this job will fit me well. Because I've been in the customer service business all my life and want to continue that service.
