• Maintain an understanding of contract plans, specifications, contractors' schedules and plans, and current shop and working drawings relative to assigned contract duties to be knowledgeable about the contractors' obligations, plans, and schedule.
• Observe work operations for compliance with applicable safety regulations, and recognize unsafe practices; where appropriate, request their correction by the contractors' on-site representative.
• Document daily construction activities, and submit electronically the findings in a report format, as instructed by the CM.
• Record contractors' job-site equipment, labor and material quantities daily in the Inspection Report, and note the schedule of values and change order work.
• Monitor contractors' actual progress against scheduled progress, and record it in Daily Inspection Reports.
• Monitor and record the correction of construction deficiencies.
• Oversee an inspection of the tunnels and shafts under construction or repair.
• Prepare punch lists or work lists in areas of assigned responsibility before Substantial Completion Inspections.
• Conduct substantial completion inspections and final acceptance inspections.
• Documented all inspection results accurately in accordance with established guidelines.
• Conducted detailed inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure they were in compliance with safety regulations.
• Managed and resolved conflicts arising from inspection findings, negotiating between parties to achieve compliance.

• Oversee and direct with hands-on as needed succeeded
• Installation of RCP pipe in 12 intake tunnels, Pipe ranging from 4-6ft diameter and tunnels from 80-1,250ft length.
• Built 6 of the 12 chambers which consisted of mucking and scaling areas, bringing in all materials and maintaining inventory.
• Tying steel reinforcements, installing arch and wall forms, pouring concrete, and finishing work.

• Conducting safety meeting prior to shift making sure all employees were aware of job duties and safety risks that come with those duties making sure that everybody is equipped with proper PPE and tools necessary to have a safe and productive shift
• Inventory on all equipment prior to use as well as inventory on all materials needed
• Personnel placement and replacement
• TBM operations / installation of Rock bolts, wire mesh, c channel for roof support
• Mucking out invert and installing rail for advancement of gantries
• Installing conveyor braces, brackets, and rollers for continuous conveyor
• Installing utilities air ,water, discharge and moving headers as needed
• Making sure all cutters, drills ,Hoppers, conveyor belts , transfer shoot's, hydraulic levels ,hoses ,fittings, control boxes properly functioning and being maintained
• Replacing or repairing as needed
• Documenting all actions and tasks throughout the shift including production, inventory, and safety measures in the supervisors daily journal
• Communicating with supervisors, engineers and managers on a daily basis discussing existing problems and possible problems that could occur relaying information needed to come up with a solutions to help us have safe and productive shifts
• Filling out and turning in all time cards for shift members
• Responsible Braking, moving and setting all tunnel forms needed ranging from three to six 20' x 30' forms for daily pours of up to 150ft
