  • P&L responsibility for the Houston region of a wireless communications subsidiary of AT&T with a total staff of 4 managers, 22 salespeople, 23 customer service staff and dotted line to the technical staff.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of first national roll out of retail distribution.
  • Consistently top 10% of all offices nationwide in profitability & units sold. Our Houston region itself generated more net profit than all offices combined.
  • Doubled annual sales to high profile Fortune 500 clients by creating a new Unique Value Proposition based around my research into a previously untold story around a technical advantage we had. Used this advantage to differentiate our local office in a commoditized market full of look alike competitors.
