- Coordinated and facilitated bimonthly(every two weeks) meetings. Planned a schedule of industry speakers to expose our members to the many different fields and industries they can enter with a degree in chemical engineering
- Achieving record attendance by effectively and succinctly advertising our two main goals- professional development and community building

- Assisting in the training of our competition teams, including chem-E-car, chemE jeopardy, paper and poster competition in preparation for the 2024 regional conference

- Coordinated multiple industry luncheons, a 250-person awards banquet, and hotel booking reservations for every attendee.
- As logistics chair, I made extensive schedules and ensured every event was covered by a committee head, and assigned tasks to volunteers.
