Inspect all phases of non-structural construction including potable water, reclaim water, sewer, storm, paving, grading, landscaping, and all aspects of site development for compliance with state, city codes, approved plans and specifications.

Confer with the Contractor , Engineer of Record, and Landscape Architect concerning installation and corrections to be made when deficiencies are discovered.

Inspect all phases of permits issued by the Public Woks Department including, reseal and restripe permits, maintenance permits, and site improvement permits during and after completion for conformity with city codes, approved plans and specifications.

Perform code enforcement inspections to ensure that commercial properties are being maintained in conformance with the approved site plan.

Supervised and scheduled all phases of construction. Scheduled and released funds to subcontractors. Implement S.W.P.P.P., Safety Programs and EPA.
