  • Partner daily with local management to resolve issues, develop solutions, and implement collaborative plans for facility operations.
  • Served as joint sponsor with the Air Traffic Manager on multiple Collaborative Work Groups, driving consensus and shaping policy outcomes.

  • Mr. Kindred was appointed as the primary contact for the Alaskan Region to the Alaska Members of Congress and their staff in Washington DC.
