Safety and Operation inspections of New Park in Madrid, prior to opening, to identify efficiencies. Administered a budget of more than $40 million.
  • VP/Director of Operations Entertainment/Wardrobe/Admin 1997–2004: Produced, created, and operations for over forty live productions, large-scale pyrotechnic productions and special events at this multi-faceted Theme Park company. Advanced and produced over 30-name talent concerts per year. Hired and managed two hundred forty-five employees and casts on a seasonal basis and supervised a full-time management staff of six. Key functions include technical design and installation for ride/shows encompassing Audio, Video, Special Effects, Flame Units, and Pyrotechnics. Designed and Installed ride show components for Right Stuff, Batman the Ride, The Chiller, Skull Mountain, and various large venue applications. Developed several safety programs reducing employee incidents by 75% in two years. Developed Wardrobe to dress over 12,000 employees annually. Controlled a budget of $26 million.
  • Manager of Operations – Entertainment/Admissions/Grounds 1995–1997: Developed an independent entertainment/admissions division, reducing operating expenses from outside contractors. Oversee day-to-day operations including creating and staging of all shows and special events. Supervised six full-time and upwards of five hundred seasonal employees.
