• Operations, Design and Project Management of worldwide installations/productions of large scale shows and nighttime spectaculars, from design through build-out, on-site construction management, and through to production.
• Consulting on Operations, Design and Marketing for Chime Long Paradise in Guangzhou, China. Including the operations and design of their new water park, which is now the world's most attended water park.
• Created and reorganized the Entertainment Operation Divisions at multiple parks for Six Flags.
• Designed, Created and Implemented the first Guest and Employee Recycling Program at a Theme Park in 1988. Was Awarded the National Recycling Award from the Federal EPA and the New Jersey State Award from the NJDEP.
• Name Talent booking, contract negotiations, and production for over 30 major concerts per year.
• Developed and Reorganized the Admissions Operations at Six Flags for faster transaction times (4 minutes per transaction down to 1.5 minutes per transaction) along with expanding the capabilities to handle 4 million plus visitors at the entrance gates - up from 3.1 million the year prior.
• Property wide General Management of Six Flags New Jersey on recurring basis coordinating all operating and back of house Operations including Operations, Maintenance, Entertainment, Marketing, Finance, Food Service, Merchandise, and Security.
• Project Direction, Design and Construction management of several large-scale entertainment and theme park projects throughout Asia and Europe.
• Developed and produced numerous special events and activities including Sports Illustrated’s Sports Fest, Spring Breakout Extreme, Boardwalk Beach Party, Summer of Festivals, Kids Fest, and the ongoing development of Fright Fest.
• Achieved significant improvements in employee morale, productivity, and retention by establishing a cohesive team environment and maintaining open lines of communication with all personnel, in all divisions.
