Maintained district 1:1 devices for students and staff, involved in training for students and staff to help them maintain proper use of the equipment and online systems.

I collaborated closely with both students and staff to support in-class technology and educational software. Whether it was setting up devices, troubleshooting issues, or helping students navigate digital tools, I worked to ensure that lessons ran smoothly and teachers could focus on instruction without interruption.

I worked directly with the public to help them navigate library technology and access online resources. I regularly assisted patrons with using computers, digital databases, eBooks, and other services, often providing one-on-one instruction to ensure they felt confident and empowered using these tools.
