· Patrolled assigned areas both on foot and in motor vehicles, maintaining awareness and providing valuable community service.

· Served on Cumberland County Special Response Team (SRT) from 2005-2018 in the capacity of Team Operator, Team Leader and Team Commander.

SRT Team Leader and Commander responsibilities included planning and coordinating team training, operational planning and briefing of high-risk search warrants, arrest warrants and fluid operations such as armed barricaded gunman incidents.

· Responsible for and managed Tyco Electronics security contract during shift which included several buildings and personnel assigned to those posts.

· Managed and supervised the security personnel at each facility to ensure they were performing their duties effectively and following the post guidelines and completing required tasks.

· Monitored alarm systems and conducted regular foot patrols to each facility.

· Documented all incidents and prepared incident reports for upper management to review.

· Enforced Wackenhut and client policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for client employees.

· Responded to all alarms and incidents at client facilities and coordinated with upper management, local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

· Voluntarily left active duty with Honorable Discharge

· Highest rank held was Sergeant E-5 Non-Commissioned Officer

· Directly trained and exercised leadership skills to lead, supervise and mentor subordinate Marines in my platoon.
