  • We reorganized the Athletics Department to replicate the infrastructure of an NCAA DI Athletics Department, which included hiring new administrators and head coaches
  • Represented AUC at Egyptian University Athletic organization meetings
  • Developed the Athletics Department Strategic Plan, which analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the department and created a strategy and tactics to help us reach our vision for the Department
  • We established AUC’s first-ever Student Athletic Advisory Committee, which empowers our student-athletes to have their say in how we run the Office of Athletics
  • Besides serving as Director of Athletics, I coached the men’s and women’s soccer teams
  • We took eight teams and 120 staff and student-athletes to the World Inter-University Championships in Barcelona in November 2018, where we finished 5th out of 80 Universities
  • My soccer team won its group and was knocked out on penalty kicks in the round of 16
  • We competed in the Berlin International Tournament, where my soccer team finished 2nd
  • Designed the first AUC athletic logo
  • Instituted AUC athletes of the week on social media
  • We created the first Eagle Awards Banquet to honor our team MVPs, graduating seniors, and top academic student-athletes

  • We launched webcasting for all our home athletics contests
  • We created academic initiatives, including establishing mandatory study hall hours for all student-athletes
  • Instituted the first-ever stand-alone Sports Hall of Fame dinner, an annual sold-out event with over 275 attendees
  • We redesigned and launched Pfeiffer’s new athletics website
  • We created Falcon Awards Banquet to recognize Falcon Awards winners (Most Valuable Players), seniors, and academic standouts
  • Established annual Falcon Club Senior Student-Athlete pinning ceremony, inducting them into the athletics Falcon club
  • Oversaw the University’s transition from NCAA D II to D III, integral to Pfeiffer’s financial well-being
