I'm looking to pass on the skills I have to a newer generation of Officers and making a positive impact on the morale of the facility.

I have been with KJCC over a year now and have been a part of several SRT and SORT situations showing I work well with a team and am able to handle high risk and stress situations. I have positive coaching feedbacks for de-escalating several would be A-teams. I show up to work and do the best I can on a day to day basis and try to spread positivity in the work place. I always go out of my way to make sure new Officers have what they need to succeed and help them with reports and other questions they may have.
