Accomplishments

I have implemented tugger carts to the operation thus reducing and replacing nine individuals with three tuggers. This not only eliminated a great safety concern by having workers walking through the MHE drive aisle, but increased throughput by 70%.

I have implemented 100 % bag check for all individuals leaving the site. This reduced the amount of shrinkage by 75%, and ensured that P&G product was not being removed from the building in a personal bag.

I have helped start-up five sites across North America both physically and systematically for Storeroom and AGV operations.
