Responsible for performing a full range of automotive and mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance tasks to a variety of gasoline/diesel powered buses.

Responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting activities for voice, video, and data services

Responsible for creation and the maintenance of the engineering bill of material for the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, and the Fiat 500
Tasked with analyzing technical product description data as well as manufacturing and procurement/supply information to determine the appropriate data attributes that must be associated with each part in a vehicle bill of material
Converts the result of that analysis into the coding required in the bill of material system that will drive the right action downstream from engineering.

07.2005 - 05.2010

Responsible for protecting the public by guiding felony offenders through terms of supervision ordered by the Parole Board for eligible prisoners deemed ready for reentry into the community or by the courts for offenders placed on probation in lieu of incarceration
Agents collaborate with law enforcement agencies, human services providers, employers and offenders' families to reduce recidivism and improve the quality of life in their communities
Maintained 100% accountability of 88 parolees that requested changes to their conditions for relocating or transferring into Michigan
Responsible for maintaining public safety by actively monitoring an average of 85 parolees with on parole
Received the first MDOC award for going above and beyond the call of duty to assist a troubled parolee
Was selected to take over the Inter State Transfer caseload which required constant communication with law enforcement agencies in other states.

Observed and appropriately responded to such 'critical incidents' as assaults on employees, prisoners, or detainees, prisoner or detainee disturbances, or other situations threatening to the security of the facility and prepares written reports
Appropriate response may include the use of firearms
Attempts to modify prisoner or detainee attitudes and behaviors through one-to-one or group interaction
Observes prisoners' or detainees' activities to detect unusual or prohibited behavior, which might be a threat to the security of the facility or the safety of prisoners, detainees, employees, or visitors.
