Responsibilities include overseeing each camera and cleaning crews in the field -during my time there we had 6 Rausch Electronic CCTV vans along with 4 Sewer Cleaning trucks in the field working. Coordination with contractors on work dates and needs for each project. Job detail includes the hiring and training of new personnel and assigning crews to a project when the scheduled work is to begin.

• Operation of dozers and track hoes to move dirt, place building pads on grade, dig ditches.
• Responsible for instructing others on where to place materials, managing time on job sites, and responsible for crews while they are on-site.
• Proficient with the use of hand tools to help pour and finish concrete, work asphalt and landscape work.
• Worked with GPS devices to locate and build roads, building pads, and layout curb and gutters for concrete work. Use of GPS to layout and mark grade for storm water lines and to set manholes along with storm water box inlets.
• Fill out daily reports on job progress and equipment hours.

• Coordinate between building crews, suppliers, and customers on building plans, material, and any change orders that may be required. Also responsible for quality control of all buildings and final walk thru inspections to turn building over to the owner. Duties include ordering material, ceilings, and equipment for buildings as required or as needed to complete projects. Include driving trucks and operating equipment to fill in when other personnel is unavailable.

• Supervisor for Storm Water Construction Crew under Joe Wilson Storm Water Manager for the City of Asheville.
• Duties include of all for rental equipment expenditures for job order. involved in contacting vendors and ordering work related items.
• Responsible for responding to citizens’ complaints or concerns pertaining to problems related to storm drainage.
• Instructed crew members in safe work practices and methods to reduce work-related injuries.
• Pitched in to help with various job tasks, fill in for sick employees and complete projects.

• Operation of equipment to remove and replace concrete sidewalks and curbs from tear out to the finished product. Use of hand tools ranging from a shovel to jack hammers.
• Duties also include managing co-workers, paperwork and entering work orders when the primary supervisor was not present.
• Other responsibilities included snow removal in inclement weather and minor maintenance on the equipment being operated.

• Job duties included: operation of all types of equipment, management of small work crews for pouring concrete and asphalt jobs. Responsible for road upkeep, concrete pads, sidewalks, parking lots, and clearing airfields free of debris. Cutting fire breaks and cut line with dozers working closely with fire departments for both wild land fires and on controlled burns. Operation of a variety of hand tools such as bull-floats, concrete saws, jackhammers, and many more construction equipment.
