• Founded Cypher Scientific in 2012, a design services and contract engineering company that pushed the boundaries of science and imagination and turned ideas into products with unprecedented levels of performance and quality.
• In 2015, Cypher became the sole source design team for MedWand Solutions, and the two organizations were gradually merged over several years.

• Initially responsible for the company's successful outsourced design initiatives, documentation, and revision control implementation, I then transitioned to direct new technologies research and development across the product line for the world’s leading designer and manufacturer of professional digital cinema products.
• During my tenure, RED led the transition in the cinema industry from film to digital and changed the industry forever.
• Duties included leading a group that conceived, developed, and deployed multiple peripheral products and accessories, resulting in several patents, an Emmy nomination, and an Oscar win for RED.

Engaged with hospitals and other healthcare providers to foster awareness of Angel Flight's volunteer services, providing free air and ground transportation to people with health and other compelling human needs.

Have flown over 100 missions as a command pilot connecting remotely located patients to needed healthcare facilities and other charitable flights.

• Reporting to the Board of Directors, the task was to lead and turn around a $300 million/year manufacturing division that had lost $77 million in the previous year.
• Returned the division to profitability in 21 months.
• Re-engineered the Supply Chain to reduce inventory levels from over $150 million to less than $6 million.
• Improved quality, capacity, and Professional Services offerings from a non-competitive state to world-class.
• Redefined relationships and engagement models with customers and supply chain partners both upstream and down through the implementation of a division-wide Six Sigma / lean practices initiative.
• Engaged a portfolio of new high-margin programs and Professional Services, which redefined the company as a total value-added solutions provider.

• Led the Systems Division of the parent company, which included a major facility in Phoenix plus multiple global integration and logistics centers for the configuration and distribution of industrial computing products.
• Responsibilities included all Global Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Program Management, Supply Chain Management, ISO and regulatory Compliance, Facilities, and Quality Assurance.
• Streamlined operations, modernized IT systems, and put mechanisms in place to support over $1B in value-added services, which helped facilitate the company's successful sale.

• Directed all manufacturing operations of a new corporate division after the acquisition of Tandy Systems Integration, from initial management of a contractor-based manufacturing model through development and ramp-up of a new 200,000 SF factory in Ft. Worth, TX.
• Building custom computer systems, servers, and stocking SKUs for CompUSA customers, managed the team that built the group to over $100M in revenue with consistent profits, and facilitated its successful sale to Telmex along with the parent retail company.

• Conceptualized and implemented the start-up of a new Computer Build-to-Order division.
• Directed growth of operations from start-up to over $20 million annual revenue.
