Volunteer Experience

Arlington High School- Baseball Coach: September 2020-Present

I’ve had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with student-athletes by supporting not only their physical development but also the mental and emotional aspects of the game. I focus on helping players manage pressure, build confidence, and develop resilience; skills that extend beyond the field and into their personal and academic lives. I enjoy working with student-athletes to help them grow into the best versions of themselves, much like the work I do as a school counselor. This role has deepened my commitment to supporting students in different ways and strengthened my belief in the power of mentorship, encouragement, and personal growth through connection.
