I have been born into the life of demolition with my father being a seasoned vet in the business. I started off running a fire hose for dust control and worked my way up through the company to where I am today. I spent sixteen plus years with the Berardi Family, and the past eight years I was a site foreman for JDC demolition. I have run jobs consisting of all forms of demolition from complete take downs to entire gut outs . I gained extensive experience in all aspects of the demolition industry and am confident in supervising every aspect of a demolition site.
Managed and organized job site workforce of up forty workers including laborers, operators, subcontractors and general contractor, all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. All worksites were kept organized and working smoothly while complying with all OSHA and pertinent regulatory organizations. Assessed and scheduled the daily and weekly objectives, including trucking and disposal of site materials to reach all contracted deadlines while delegating all site workers to their daily tasks. Fulfilled the duties of personal liaison between workers and administration. Inspected sights to evaluate safety, operations and crew performance against objectives.
