Summary

Most of my career has been with JOTS. Started as a line worker and moved up the ranks and ended up as Superintendent. Big part the job included working with USDA, QC and upper management to insure product was produced in a efficient and sanitary matter meeting all quality and food safety standards Was 1st Responder for the plant, responding to both minor and major injuries. Maintained HAZWOPER certification all through my management career. Latter years animal welfare became a huge priority. I went through Animal Welfare training and was responsible to insure all standards were maintained.
