Summary

I now work at Kalitta Air, doing a lot of the same type of work as in the Power Plant. Working on all types of Electrical and mechanical projects that help the Company move forward. Being a lead I can train and help others succeed and move forward to a higher level.

I have worked at the National Energy of Lincoln Facility for 30 years. I started at the entry level and worked my way up.

I started as a heavy equipment operator, then moved to the Electrician and Maintenance position for 22 years. From there, I became the Maintenance Manager, and the final position I was part of at the facility was Plant Manager.

As a dedicated and reliable plant manager, I bring a record of success and several years of experience in the field of running and maintaining a power plant to its full potential. I focused on controlling costs, achieving 97% reliability in the power distribution grid, and enhancing efficiency through a hands-on approach. I inspired and influenced team members to build cohesion, enhance knowledge, and increase productivity, safety, and quality.
