  • Responsible for Maintaining, Diagnosing & Repairing a variety of stimulation & transportation equipment, comprising of; Dual Fuel Hydraulic MTU Frac Pumps, Allison Transmissions Model: 9820 & 9823's, Power Ends, Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic Systems, 12/24 volt electrical systems, Chassis & Suspension on Semi tractor and trailers.
  • Follow a Maintenance schedule based on Equipment hours and perform PM's on entire fleet of equipment including but not limited to 12VMTU4000 Frac pumps, Blenders with MTU2000 & C18 CAT Engines, Chemical Additive systems (CAS) with Deutz engines, Western Star Tractors with Detroit engines
  • Inspect Equipment on a regular basis as a precaution to catch failures before they could cause downtime or further damage to equipment.
  • On-Site/On Location repairs include but not limited to

- Fan & Power End Driveline R&R.

- High Pressure Fuel Pump & PRV R&R

- Dual Fuel CNG Injectors, EGT's, Knock Sensors, R&R

- Replace Dual Fuel Harnesses, Transmission Harnesses/TCM's.

- Replace Fan Hydraulic Pumps, Power end Lube Pump's, etc,

  • Utilize Motec & DiaSys software to monitor performance and Diagnose symptoms of Pump
  • Effectively communicate and work side by side with Supervisors on and off site to accomplish maintenance and repairs in a timely manner in order to keep NPT (Non pumping time) at a minimum.
  • Handled some communication with third party vendors when equipment needed additional repairs outside of our scope of work.
  • Followed Safety Procedures by attending safety meetings, Writing up JSA's, LOTO, identifying safety hazards etc
  • Filled out Workorders for all work performed and filled out End of Shift report for leaders and counterparts to keep track of work performed during shift.
