Submitting RFI’s

Quality control of rough and finish plumbing

Managing material ordering/returns

Company representative in coordination/BIM meetings

Preparing and finalizing all As-builts

Preparing and submitting all close-out documents (start up reports, as-builts, affidavits etc)

Installation/testing of all DWV,water,heat,gas piping in single family,multi residential, commercial buildings and restaurants,

Applying for permits (town,state,mwra)

Standing inspections

• Operated range of heavy equipment on regular basis with advanced skill.
• Operated excavators, bulldozers and dump trucks to transport heavy materials, practicing safety measures.
• Adapted quickly to changing project requirements or unexpected obstacles encountered during the course of work assignments.
• Demonstrated versatility in skillset by operating multiple types of heavy machinery to accommodate project needs.
