Direct the Client Services/Warranty group that takes responsibility for approximately 50 buildings throughout the Unites States from the substantial completion date through the warranty period. Educate and train building owners and facility departments on the operation and maintenance of their building. Orchestrate incoming, scheduling, budgeting, performance and completion of all warranty calls.
Facilitate The Safety Department to ensure that all OSHA regulations are being adhered to during the design and construction process through training and observation. The main objective for the Safety team is to ensure all team members, sub-contractors and partners go home safely at the end of the day.
Manage QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) Department and team to ensure quality of design, workmanship and proper installation throughout the entire project from design to the end of warranty. The experience and diligence of the QA/QC team has earned the award of "Best in Class" from the Zurich Insurance Group.
Lead the Special Project Group that specializes in smaller, fast-moving projects to meet the needs of clients through conceptual ideas, design and construction.
Operate the Property Management group which oversees the everyday needs of tenants, budgets, operational costs and building preventative maintenance and repairs.
Jobsite Superintendent and Project Manager.
