As an Implementation Specialist, I spearhead the process of helping clients transition from their old construction accounting system into their new one.

Some of my key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building and maintaining client relationships over several months through hands-on training of their new system.
• Assessing the client's current process and help streamline that flow to their new system.
• Creating milestones and achieving them by developing a game plan designed to meet desired goals.
• Adapting and learning various programs that help clients integrate their workflow into the new software.
• Communicating with the client and my internal team to ensure all aspects of the project are looked after.
• Navigating through various situations and adapting quickly to resolve problems that may arise.
• Ensuring client satisfaction with providing tools for success.

As a Software Support Representative, I specialized in troubleshooting the software with client issues that arose.

Some of my key responsibilities in this role included:

• Providing high level customer satisfaction with troubleshooting easy to difficult support calls.
• Meeting customer needs on the phone while also providing internal documentation/notes about what transpired.
• Efficiently closing calls in a timely manner to ensure our queues were closed by the end of the work week.
• Meeting necessary metrics within our internal department to meet goals set by our management.
• Learning new modules our software offers to answer a larger array of support calls.

As a Perishable Clerk at a grocery store, I worked between two departments that carried meat.

Some of my responsibilities included:

• Keeping track of dates of perishable items to ensure food quality was kept.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering customer questions as well as over the counter service.
• Answering phone calls and taking orders for pick-up.
• Continuously stocking shelves with product and creating a great environment our customers.
• Cutting meat of all kinds for customers upon request.
• Communicating to necessary management when issues came about to confirm customer complaints were resolved.

As a Grill Cook, I worked making made to order food that our customers ordered.

Some of my responsibilities included:

• Ordering inventory for our kitchen and stocking needed ingredients.
• Answering phone calls and taking orders.
• Cooking made to order food and ensuring it's exactly what the customer ordered.
• Multitasking as the only person behind the grill making several orders at once.
• Managing the nightly crew and designating point people on various positions to succeed on daily goals.
• Acting as the manager in charge for when problems came about.
