Current working at the Blue Origin OLS facility fabricating complex wire Harnesses to be installed on the New Glenn Rocket. Assist Engineering with work plans and implementing proper adherence to work standards. Certified as a Designated Inspector to ensure the products are fabricated properly without error and adhere to the standards expected from the customer.
I was selected to be part of the initial crew to plan, Fabricate, Assemble and test the Artemis Capsule for crewed deep space missions for NASA. I performed wire harness fabrication for the Orion Capsule including procurement, layout, assembly and testing of Harnesses. Installing, Integrating and testing final assembly for delivery to NASA.Performed complex mechanical Assembly for Nasa’s deep space missions, including precision drilling, Astro arc welding and mechanical assembly of complex detailed components on the Orion capsule. Promoted to Quality Assurance Inspector, overseeing the assembly and integration of the Orion Capsule. Supported multiple Space Centers for offsite travel in support of assembly/integration and complex testing of the Orion Capsule.
Performed maintenance as an electrical/Mechanical Technician to maintain, prepare, integrate, launch, and retrieve NASA’s Space Shuttle fleet.
