Daily duties consisted the following _Check security gates at all three beaches for proper operation,check building alarms for proper operations,go over maintenance work orders via fax from office after hour calls and plan according to highest priority and assign personnel to jobs, upon guests checking out cottage inspections were preformed checking all proper functions on kitchen appliances,electrical outlets,furniture,windows,doors and locks,clean filters and reset a/c units,any items found to be not operating in proper function was repaired or replaced at that time.Other duties we performed was replacing water heaters,ceiling fans replacing or installing new fans,replacment of electrical outlets,switches,dimmers,running new lines if needed,relaced garbage disposals,refrigerators,stoves all appliances i my self did repairs on all appliances washers dryers stoves water heaters,repaired holes and damaged drywall,replaced windows,doors,repared and replaced flooring in cottages,programmed all safelock prox doorlocks and security entrance to facility grounds was in contact with guests on a daily basis due to them calling direct to my work phone for trouble calls would say that was one of the best parts of the job meeting and talking to many different folks, performed other small things like recieving and storing items from vendors for cottage use running arrands for cottage office ect.
Daily duties would start with going over the page count of paper to see where the man power was needed and assign as needed seperate printing plates per what tower they were needed download job order on to press computer we ran daily paper in two different sections in between runs assigned work force to perform maintenance on different areas of printing press setting of rollers replacing ink modules preventive maintenance was a priority so we all participated in the work at the end of night did post run paper reports for ceo .
