  • Co-founder/President of innovation-based GEN AI-infused performance outerwear, apparel, and gear equipment start-up conglomerate of brands focused on military, government, hunting, and outdoor markets. Executive decision maker for parent company of the three synergistic brands – Tribe Equipment, Forest Outfitters, and Hyde Hunting – all leveraging centralized operational efficiencies, sharing proprietary GEN AI technology in revolutionizing stealth concealment, custom fit and variable climate adaptability. Working alongside U.S. Navy SEAL veterans, partners in the US government, a large network of domestic raw material manufacturing vendors, and backed by patented IP, successfully combined elite design, technical domestic manufacturing, futuristic multispectral camouflage and a custom fit process to create much needed legacy grade products for highest wear performance and lifesaving purpose.
  • Achievements include: U.S. Provisional Patent No. 63/790,275 & 63/802,766140 (several more in process). Launched over 125 mission specific highest technical products currently in design, development and production. Tribe Equipment brand successfully launched June 2025, with primary focus on military, government, and specifically Special Operations Forces.

Most Rewarding Career Achievement

After decades of offshoring manufacturing, the building of an entire Made in USA technical performance outerwear, apparel, gear, equipment and accessories supply chain including fabric, raw material and manufacturing vendors from scratch starting in 2019-present. This now includes over 400 vendors and over 5,000 employees domestically and growing every day. What has repeatedly been said can't be done, I have done.
