I need to update my cover letter and resume.
I am a hardworking, loyal, and professional employee. I am not the best candidate for in person interviews. I get anxious and stumble over my words. However, to anyone who has given me a chance despite my initial shortcomings, they did not regret it.
I have zero issues with authority. I however, do not "mesh well" with employees who are lazy, and liars. I have and will always maintain civility and professionalism with such type of employees, I just am stating that "rule breakers" tend to grow resentment towards me, speaking from experience. I follow chain of command and leave it in their hands whilst continuing to do my job, basically.
I welcome constructive criticism, help, pointers, and advice when it comes to any task at hand, especially with my job performance. How can I give the company I am employed with a top notch level of labor and work ethic if I thought I was always right and never needed to improve?
In the beautiful word of ABBA, "take a chance on me!"
