• As Head of Institutional Investors, Research and Regulation, I built a new market segment from the ground up, growing revenues to £2.5m annually by establishing long-term partnerships with institutional investors, industry associations and key market.
• Carry out bottom-up research, identifying the trends and key elements impacting and shaping the industry.
• Manage and develop relationships by directly establishing ongoing dialogues with investment professionals in charge of third-party fund analysis and selection in Italy.
• Face to face meetings with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CFOs, Presidents, Directors and Heads of Asset Allocation), facilitating dialogue across complex and regulated environments, and positioning my organisation as a trusted and credible partner, consolidating the existing contacts and continuously searching for new leads in the industry.
• Engage our network of fund buyers to attend Citywire events in Italy dedicated to the fund selection such as Citywire Institutional retreat, which gathers every year the most relevant Institutional Investors in Italy.
• Write the content of the Italian institutional channel in the magazine and website; creating content of bespoke newsletters, blog, interviews to promote the brand.
• Business development through the establishment of partnerships with industry associations representing institutional investors (including Mefop, Ania, Adepp and FFS), to share content and promote the organisation’s brand through these associations.
• Develop and implement communications strategies across our website.
• Manage, moderate, identify topics, create content, selecting panellists for bespoke roundtables that target key decisions makers with interactive, engaging discussion, bring asset managers and investors closer together to discuss fund selection topics including sustainability themes.
• Moderate panel of third parties such as conferences organised by Institutional Associations and Institutional investors.
• Initiated development of the Institutional market in the Nordics and UK by conducting market research and identifying key stakeholders.

• Led the Citywire Italian Legal & Tax Channel.
• Built this market in Italy from the start by carrying out research, identifying the relevant regulation impacting the asset management industry and face to face meetings with the key experts in Italy.
• Engage the key experts such as lawyers, tax advisers, academic people in our Italian publications with articles and run a series of video interviews with legal and tax experts.
• Write the content of the legal section of the Italian magazine and website.

• Represented private customers and companies in court, including appeals, by managing claims, evidence requests, and obtaining cautionary measures, enforcement, and eviction proceedings in property law, contract law, and family law.
• Legal assistance-Advisory work for private customers and companies in the same area of expertise as above.
• Represented foreign companies in Italian court, including an Australian marble sector company in an illegal share transfer case and a UK commerce agent in settlement agreements with Italian fashion brands Pinko, Lui Jo, Marella, and Max Mara related to contract indemnities.
• Assisted private UK clients with property contract law and management of Italian assets in trust, ensuring compliance and effective asset protection.

• Collaborated on legal matters for British clients regarding trustees and inheritance conveyancing under Italian law, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of complex issues.

• Conducted legal research and drafted court claims and sales agreements to support clients and businesses in legal proceedings.

• Civil, commercial and Corporate Law with the Italian Law firm Leva in La Spezia. Identified and interpreted legislations and articles of civil law for the purpose of resolving legal cases.
