Provide support for the Bank’s CEO of the Insurance Division. Duties Include:
· Maintain the overall support of the executive, including phone coverage, complex business calendar and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
· Coordinate special events and catering services
· Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferencing and travel arrangements with high attention to detail and follow-up
· Provide status on all projects and handle expense reports, tracking and reporting, as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations.
· Liaise within the departments across the organization and with external partners/vendors/associations.
· Coordinate efforts to ensure that projects are delivered on time and schedules are adhered to on a daily/weekly basis.
· Operate as the department contact to on-board new/transferred/promoted employees with access codes, business cards, set-up, etc.
· Support department with the creation of presentation packages and reports for meetings
· Route income phone calls and messages and/or assist callers to appropriate people/areas
Provide support for the organization's CEO, Governor Tim Pawlenty and FSR/BITS President and the BITS team.
