• Built detailed backlog models to forecast service lines within 3% across 380 unique clinical trials for $100M+ in future revenues with earn-rate of $11-14M per quarter.
• Designed and implemented custom MS NAV ERP session for company’s unique business model which increased visibility across all departments and provided business intelligence to business leaders
• Defined department P&L statements, as well as KPI’s, influencing new sense of ownership for department success and identifying leverage points to ignite change
• Decreased complex monthly billing cycle time >40% through process automation identification.
