-Helping people to operate in a forward-looking manner rather than being limited or even paralyzed by past trauma and conflict

-Building awareness of the potency of congregational culture while considering the potential of reconfigured relationships

-Visioning a practical path forward that combines good financial stewardship with vitality and vibrancy of ministry

Leadership and Visioning Foci:

-Empowering the congregation to face institutional conflict clarity of purpose and practice of emotional strength and stability

-Coaching the congregation to be courageously and confidently inclusive

-Working to expand congregational connections and impacts by moving from an exclusively local constituency to include a more trans-local constituency

-Bringing vision and mission into sharper focus by continually revisiting two questions: How do we want the world to change? What will we do to change it?

-Navigating the challenges and obstacles of generational participant and leadership change

-Moving the congregation toward a redefinition of “church family” from blood relationship to shared core values

-Encouraging and modeling ecumenical resource sharing as a means to relationship building and project partnership
